My wife & I had a very pleasant & professional experience with Bettina during our house hunting journey. It took her approximately 2 months to identify our taste and likes. I have bought and sold at least 10 houses in my military career and have never met the equal of Bettina Sturm when it comes to competence, detail, and most especially customer service.
As a military officer suddenly in a bind, I had to relocate across the country on short notice and had very little time or patience for my house to be on the market long. Bettina recommended a listing price that seemed at least $25,000 more than I thought realistic and I feared our house would be on the market forever. She was armed with a ton of research and had clearly done her homework, so I acquiesced.
IN LESS THAN 72 hours, we accepted an offer that was barely under asking price. She returns calls or texts literally within moments and she knows her job backward and forward. This lady is second to none at what she does. Thanks Bettina!!!
